Today was a great day. Got out of bed, exercised and ate healthy. Not so hard today (thank god!). The first workout tape I did was Arms and Abs, from some lady whose name I forget. I love the tape because it really does make you work and you feel it afterward, but it's one of those oldies but goodies. She's even got the little triangle bottoms from the 80's :)
The second tape I did was Jillians Biggest Winner Maximum Front side (or something to that effect). While this dvd did make me sweat, it was too painful. As someone with arthritis in my hips and knees, some of the moves she wants you to do is just painful, and not in a good feel-it-burn way, but a break-my-kneecaps kind of way. Plus, all the up and then down made me light headed. Blah, as soon as I find another tape, I'll quit using this one.
As far as the food goes, I did great. No sugars, no salts, no dairy. All good! So that and my 34 minute Arm and Ab tape combined with my 30 minute Jillian tape, means over an hour of working out! Today was better than yesterday! Woo hoo!
